"UGH! Knitting and Crochet Math? Whatever!"

Hi , I'm thrilled to connect with you today!

I'm thrilled to share something special with the community: 17 knitting and crochet calculators! No more scrap paper needed. You can quickly do your calculations right at the yarn shop.

Ever found a new pattern you love, only to struggle with figuring out how much wool you need? And the frustration when you get home and realize you didn't buy enough...UGH! Now, just pull out your phone, visit artemisnorth.com, and use the calculators.

Plus, these calculators are now in a new room in our community called "The Mathroom."

And so a new project is underway to make life easier and more interesting. I'm not telling you what it is, yet, but I will tell you I've never built anything like this and it's exciting!

Granny Cats!

I have a soft spot for granny squares. Whether it's the nostalgia or the look, I just love them. Those old patterns from the 60s and 70s in my vintage books make them feel like the coolest new technique you learned and used all the time. As a fiberartist, I really appreciate the heritage of the granny square.
