Exciting Changes in The Fiberarts Community!

Exciting updates for the Fiberarts Community! We now have a new, easy-to-remember address: fiberartscommunity.com. Along with this, we’re thrilled to introduce Artybot, our very own fiberarts chatbot, who lives in the Sacred Repository of the Temple of The Great Alpaca.

Artybot is here to help fiberartists of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or have been crafting for years, Artybot can answer your questions, suggest techniques, offer creative inspiration, and guide you through tricky fiberarts dilemmas. She’s your go-to resource for everything from knitting and crochet tips to helping solve fiberarts challenges on the fly!

Introducing "Eye Candy," a special section of the newsletter where I get to showcase the generative art I've spent months creating! Through this unique fiberarts-inspired style, I've been able to bring my love for yarn, texture, and color to life in a whole new way. Each edition will feature a new piece, capturing the vibrant, whimsical spirit of fiberarts and celebrating the creativity that drives our community. I’m so excited to share these works with you—prepare to be inspired!

Eye Candy:

Living Landscape

This piece captures the essence of a warm spring afternoon through a dreamlike world made entirely of fiberarts.

This piece isn’t just art—it’s a memory brought to life, capturing the joy of childhood daydreams and the limitless possibilities of a world made from yarn, thread, and imagination.

Artemis's Top Picks:

Here are my top picks for free patterns and tutorials that I’ve carefully curated just for you.

Sasquatch Sighting!

The “Washington Beanie” from Nancy Bates Designs is a must for people like my Son-in-law, who love everything Sasquatch related. I’m excited to start this beautiful beanie!

Christmas is Coming!

Christmas isn’t far away.

Usually this time of year I’m scrambling to make the gifts and do all the “things”

This year I’m going to try a different approach. I want to give experiences.

This article has some excellent suggestions that have inspired me to create some ideas of my own.

From Simple to Sizzle!

Sarah, from over at Repeat Crafter Me has transformed a very simple crochet pattern into stunning Christmas globe decorations. I'm definitely making these.
